THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Terms of use

Last updated September 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use Boothize to take pictures, import images, style a collage, or download a photo strip. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nothing here removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

What the service provides

Boothize provides a browser-based creative tool. The first release includes four-photo capture, filters, frames, captions, and digital downloads without a fee or account. It does not provide physical prints, storage, identity verification, professional photography, or event management. Features may change as the site develops.

Your images and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in your own images. Using Boothize does not transfer ownership of them to us. You are responsible for having permission to use imported images and for obtaining appropriate consent from people you photograph. A downloaded collage does not give you rights to material that belongs to someone else.

Responsible use

Do not use the tool to create or distribute unlawful material, violate privacy, impersonate someone deceptively, harass people, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the website’s operation or attempt to bypass its security. If you are not old enough to consent to the terms in your location, use the service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

Save your own copies

The working session is temporary. Refreshing, closing, or leaving the page may discard your photos and edits. Download anything you want to keep. Boothize does not maintain a photo archive and cannot restore lost sessions. You are also responsible for the security of saved files and for removing them from shared devices when appropriate.

Browser and device limitations

The camera requires browser permission and a compatible device. Image copying and sharing are not supported everywhere. Results depend on source quality, available memory, lighting, and camera behavior. Print dimensions refer to layout proportions and pixel dimensions; check your printer settings for scale and cropping. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Third-party services and brands

When you share an image through another application, that application’s terms apply to its handling of the file. External links are provided for context and do not imply endorsement. Polaroid and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Boothize is independent; instant-style digital frames are not physical instant film products.

Changes and privacy

Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Any future paid feature would need to disclose its price before purchase; the current tool does not request payment details. Our privacy policy describes camera access and local image handling. Read about Boothize or return to the online photo booth.
